1978 K35 6x6

This truck popped up in my searches a couple months ago for $3000. I couldn't resist picking it up.

It is a full 6x6, that was built back in 1987. It seems to be a very well done conversion, and very heavy duty! The truck came with an appraisal booklet, and details what was done to the truck. The attached photos are from that booklet.

Sadly it doesn't look nearly as good as it did 30 years ago, but I still think it's pretty cool! The turbo 454 has been replaced by an Pontiac 455. The gears in the front axle are missing, so it's currently only a 6x4, but runs and drives fine otherwise.

I haven't had time to do much with it yet, but I thought I'd start a build thread, as I'm going to have a bunch of questions once I start working on it.
