Considering re-gearing my c20

I'm considering re-gearing my 72 c20( 350/350 dana 60) in an effort to make it a little more Comfortable to drive on the highway. It currently has 4.10 gears, and I would switch to a 3.55. Using an rpm calculator, I figured that currently at 60 mph I'm turning 2800 rpm. If I switched to 3.55s, I would be able to drive 69 mph at the same 2800 rpm. What are your thoughts?

I also considered swapping transmissions to a 700r4/200-4r, but my current th350 shifts really well, and i would rather just leave it in place.
