The 327, 2-Speed Rear and the Dump Bed are all pluses. If I were looking for one, I would probably be willing to pay the $18 if I had to, but there again it won't hurt to offer $12. If he refuses, you can just try to compromise in the middle somewhere.

Just for a little extra info, if you want to do a Pick-up Conversion, be ready to spend a little money. They can get costly.

My opinion on the Gas Mileage, a good tuned 327 with some Hi-performance Mufflers in a truck like that driven appropriately should get about 8 to 10.
