Re: 57 GMC, frame swap, 4wd, 454 big block, 4 speed

Yesterday was a perfect nice sunny day, so I sanded, prepped, masked, and sprayed the bed liner. I coated the bottom of the bed, the inside of the bed, the front header panel, over the side rails, and the inside of the tailgate. I also coated the transmission cover to match the previously coated cab floor. I really like this Liner X-treeme product, and it looks professionally done. I mounted the tailgate to the bed with new pivots and stainless chains, and installed the step braces. I'll install the bed steps today. I need to get some fuel filler hose and vent hose to clamp to the tank, then I can bolt the bed onto the frame.
