Just built a new motor for my 69 c10

I was on the fence, to buy or to build. So glad I built.
350 bored .040 over.
Summit vortec style heads, which are dart iron eagles.
Zero deck with 9.9 compression.
221-221 @.50 duration. .470 .470 lift
Perfprer intake and headers.
I had it broke in on a dyno.
333 to at 5200 rpm, 388 ft pounds of tourqe at 3700 rpm.
It was a great experience, that dyno puts a beat down on a motor!! Everything went great.
My 7 year old son and I built the motor together and my dad was with me on the dyno day.
My son and I swapped motors last weekend and went for the first ride together.
It is cheaper to buy, but I wouldn't change the way we went.
