Watched Eastwood video and had a real duh! Moment. I had the dies turned around. Also learned not to be scared to really tighten down on the dies too because the lines would move and that didn't help my flares either. I was also not getting the inside burr completely, thought I was but instead of a drill bit I used tang of file and I got a lot more out. The video used a triangle thing but the tang works pretty good.

I practiced on old lines and finally decided to cut a small piece off the new stuff. It helps that it seemed softer. Flared both ends of a 3 inch piece. Beautiful!! I can't wait to start running the lines.
