That's about my speed. Most likely it's a 366. Those vents mean big block and the 427s had and engine badge added on. I had my chance on a '69 Custom/60 single tractor for $1,500 at the (real) local junk yard a handful of years back. I just couldn't swing it at the time. Makes me sad

i wonder how they solved the roblem after the rulechange if they whent back to going back empty or put tanks under the trailers

i got a job again and having fun at it too idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts |

Great looking truck there. I used to drive the Ford version back when I was in the Air Force. Being I am 6'4", it was darned uncomfortable and a chore to lift my leg high enough to engage the clutch and brake.
