im also plannin on getting the 2 1/2" drop spindles but i dont think it will sit as low as it does right now wit my cut/heated coils. is there some drop coils we can purchase as well to get it a little lower than what the spindles do?

my opinion is that you should not run heated coils. That is a bad, bad way to drop a truck. Cut coils are bad enough, but cut and heated sound unsafe.

As for dropped coils you can get them about anywhere. Early Classics has them in several dropped sizes. 1" to 3" I believe. I put 1.5" dropped springs and 2.5" dropped spindles. I just wish I had my 18" wheels now.....come to think of it I need a motor, a fender, wiring, seats, glass, etc. etc.

yeah i know heated and cut springs are horrible but it was $50 and i had some 18s to throw on so i said screw it. but im finally fixing it so i think with the 2 1/2" drop spindle ill also get a 2" drop coil from early classic or somewhere to match the current stance
