The only part that I'm not really looking forward to is cleaning up around the inside of the dash and what not but I'm thinking I'll mask off the rest of the chassis and sandblast the areas I can't reach with a DA sander...which works great by the way!

Also, and suggestions and tips on the best ways to bring it to metal?

Haha I'll try and put some up tomorrow! Yea she's gonna scream
Cool. You know we are all pictures wh*res!

We use airplane stripper and a razor blade, sounds like a lot of work but it does make it quick. Put it on with a paintbrush, let it sit for 20 minutes then use the blade on it. Repeat as necessary.

Yep including myself haha. Sweet that sounds like a good idea. I think I'll try it.

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window

Alright I promised some pics so here they are. I wasn't able to spray the high build primer tonight because I decided to seam seal the drip rail where I had removed the previous sealer. I'll wait for that to get a little harder overnight before I clean it up. I also painted my bell housing and got a 600 cfm Holley no charge courtesy of 62ls1! We bought the truck from him and he's been huge help throughout the entire build and I can't thank him enough. We have the rebuild kit for the carb and I've also begun work on that.

I also cut out and welded this up. I reconstructed how the window frame originally was with the inside part of the dash as well as the outer part you see. And here's the rig I've been using.
