Veraneio 67 - The Brasilian Suburban

Veraneio 67 - The Brasilian Suburban

Brazilian Suburban called Veraneio, engine 4300cc (262) 6-cylinder turbocharged.

Hello, I'm from Brazil, I visit this website a long time ago, this is my Chevy truck, I bought yesterday and searched for 8 mounts.

I will post the evolution of this project, why the truck is a little rusty, in the other post I will the actual situation, this pictures was taken a 6 years ago.

The American Car are my prefer, my dream is change de engine to V8 (350), but in Brazil Chevy's 350 are rare and EXPENSIVE

In Brazil it is very expensive, I paid $ 12,700.00.

Sorry for my poor english.

Very pleased to present to you my car.

Thank you for the compliment ...

Veraneio is a Brazilian project that is derived from the Brazilian C10, I prefer American C10, but this is very rare...I am very pleased to have this contact and be welcomed ...

This is the truck that is derived ...

Puxa! Parabens mesmo pela compra. Nao vai convertir para carro de som?

That looks to be a very clean and straight example compared to most of the ones I ever saw when I lived there. Congrats on having such a nice specimen.

Re: Veraneio 67 - The Brasilian Suburban

This film was made by the former owner of the Veraneio!! A rare sight, as are three cars that do not see every day especially this model Camaro!

I would like to know if it's okay to post a video of the Brazilian race on the street between C10 vs Civic Si?

I lived in Brasil for two years, spent most of my time no Nordeste. I did live for a couple months in Sao Paulo and visited Campinas once or twice. I understand what you mean about finding parts. I regularly saw shops rebuilding cars by hand and fabricating many pieces. Most Americans don't understand just how expensive cars are there in the first place. Want to buy a brand new Camaro? Better have the U.S. dollar equivalent of $117,390 in your wallet. U.S. dollar equivalent of $57,000 for a base model Malibu? Yep.

Cool Suburban!! I love the turbo I6!! That is so cool!! I like the uniqueness of the custom six cylinder. 350's are everywhere in this country and very few people do anything with the six cylinders. Cool cool!!

Thank you for your mensage, Brazil is different than USA, C10 and Veraneio don't have option that engine ... Was made only with motor 6cc... Here, this engine is very common... We try to take some horsepower...

Thank you again....

Re: Veraneio 67 - The Brasilian Suburban

For the curious this SUV (summer vacation) was built from 1964 until 1988 only changing the headlight and grille ...

Wellcome to Brazil, here the trend was slow to arrive ...

Launch of the car - 1964

Litle changed the front grille - 1967

Changed the front grille - 1972

Changed the front grille and hoods 1980 - Finished 1988

In 1989 total change

This is a prototype 3D unofficial ...
