1968 step side front end conversion

I have found a 1983 chevy pick-up I can get the tilt wheel and the entire front end and other pieces from. Will the tilt wheel and the front suspension work with my 1968 stepside?

Thanks-Mika

Another Option is to find a 1971-72 Longbed with tilt and swap out everything then its a direct fit.
