We were able to install the gas tank. We had to do a little bit of cutting to the frame so that it would fit the way we wanted it to.

Felt good to finally be able to put the engine in today. Let's hope it runs as good as it looks. We have four weeks left until I can get my license.

With school started back up, we can't work on it as much as we could over the summer. But this week, Dad, was able to put the exhaust on.

School has been taking up a lot of time. But we have been working on it. With only a few weeks left until I get my license, we are trying our best to finish before or just a little bit after. Yesterday, I was able to clean up the front bumper.

Last weekend was a good weekend with a lot of progress. We were able to finally get the final sand done. We finished it up on Tuesday. Yesterday, we were able to get it painted,( all of it except the fenders and doors.) I am really happy with the way it turned out. Looks like Pops has painted a few cars before.

After Dad painted the cab and bed, we were finally able to put the cab and bed back on the frame.

After we put the body on the frame, we put the insulation and the engine in. We also installed the carpet after that.

After we set the bed and can on the frame, we hung the doors and fenders so they could be painted.
