maybe someone can help decoding the the truck. the number is kv4001f 3296f

Won't decode for me, most I could get was a 66 2 ton. Possibly from the Flint, Michigan plant. Is a factory 4x4 truck.
I was able to find that the last owner's name was John Bennett and the GVW was 19,500 pounds.
