WTB -- Class III hitch

Hey guys!

Anyone within an hour or two of Edmonton, AB, have a Class III hitch that would be a bolt up to my truck?

I wanna haul my bobcat with the GMC, but yeah, the bobcat and trailer with all the buckets is around 12 000 lbs, with my bumper hitch being rated for 4000 lbs, lol

I don't have a lot of money to spend on it either, less than 50 bucks would be best... I'm not too worried about looks, just so long as it works, and will be a direct bolt up.

I've already got a full trailering harness installed in the truck with an electric brake (if you've got an inertia brake that you're willing to get rid of, that would be awesome too, I don't trust these electronicly timed ones as much as a real time interia setup...), transmission cooler and such, so all I really need right now is the hitch.
