Welcome to the forum. I did the same upgrade to my Burb, had a few issues but got through it and it's all OK now. Let's have more specifics and see some photos. We.ll get you through it.

Other than the rubber or braided lines to the calipers, I've always just bent my own up and flare them to fit. I guess I have more patience than others. Of course I've been doing this stuff for nearly 40 years also

Glad to hear it's not at the bottom of the lake and your making progress. Patience may be a virtue, but it's pretty much a requirement when restoring vehicles. Sometimes stepping away and getting a good nights sleep will make all the difference.
