68 K2500 Custom Camper in a cool color combo. Rough (especially the frame...), a little rare, and would be a very cool resto. $5750

I don’t have a problem with making them short but at least let it be known.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Short beds have two piece drive shafts as well as one piece and if it's a cut down truck they took out the center stake pocket I'm thinking its a real short bed

Figured this wouldn't last long, it sold in less than 24 hours.

I had one too. I had to run over it and take the chunks to the dump. That was fifteen years ago. Maybe they're worth something now.

I'd want to confirm the SPID, but good find, I think that is a pretty good deal. Squirt the cowl panel, add trim, burn the steering wheel, and by all means grab some white steelies - if all original options, truck has some very good bones and checks all the boxes.

I stand corrected— the gentleman sent me a pic of the SPID.

That was what prompted my earlier response. The only shortbed driveshaft I’d seen was a 1 piece and that bed looks cut. I guess it could be still but he sent me a pic of the SPID and it’s a short wheelbase.
