WTB 67 7 Hole bezel

Hey Guys, I'm looking to buy a nice 67 7 hole bezel. I recently sold one to atog with the speed warning head. The bezel was shipped directly to Curtb1971 in Colorado. I thought I went the extra mile in packaging it up but still....broken.
I want to make this right so let me know what you have and how much. Shipping would be to Curt.

Re: WTB 67 7 Hole bezel

I have seen several of these bezels that are just plain and simply baked. Any of these trucks out there baking in the sun for the last 40 + years are subject to brittle plastic.

I after some trail and error just drop them from 5 feet with no padding. If they break, they will not survive a ship.

I learned the hard way about how to pack items to ship but these bezels are just terrible.

The ones that have been out of the weather, usually are ok. I will keep my eyes out for one. Big swap meet here next weekend.

Thanks Tom, that particular bezel was a extremely nice original. I hoped it would make the trek unscaved. No such luck.

Wow! That truck is a true find. Glad the search is over. Just too bad a good bezel was sacrificed in the shipping. Like the old saying goes “A bezel in hand is worth 2 from the Post Office” or something like that.

Re: WTB 67 7 Hole bezel

I agree on the bezel. I was looking forward to using a nice original like that one opposed to buying a restored one. Nice originals are hard to come by.

It should cleanup nice after removing the 3 inches layer of dust it acquired from sitting over the years. It’s stange how the nice ones seem to fall in your lap. I would of never guessed that a fall turkey hunt would end up netting a different type of trophy. Funny how some calls have different effects. After seeing the green paint up close I knew the hunt has came to an end.
