Wide ‘70 rear axle, converted to 5x5 with 71-87 axles. Prolly could use the clearance from the bedside of the narrow housing, but I like the look of them pushed out. The inner bed structure is long gone and needs a “Lucy mod” to be complete. Wheels/tires are “the standard”: front - 20x8.5, 5.25 BS, 255/40; rear - 20x10, 5.5 BS, 295/40

Though this one isn’t done (and never will be) I’ve been thinking about the next one and have a few ideas cooking...

Loaded up and ready for the long trek. Getting her on the trailer was a harrowing experience, due to the extreme low stance, but we made it work. Sure looks good sitting up there. Super happy with this stance

Why does your Frame look Bent up words in the pic? Me I've never could understand why people put newer beds on their trucks I can understand about the LS motors parts you can't see But to me, it miss matching parts. It's like me trying to put a Comino bed from 1957 on my 1964 shortbed. I guess that's why this is the USA.

The frame is straight (or as straight as these old frames can be), it was the way the previous owner mounted the bed that made it look crooked. The new-style bed was a super-cool thing to do in the 90s when those trucks were new. Thankfully, we’ve remedied that. To each his/her own, as they say. Not my favorite look either...

It does look good sitting there. The wheel sizes are what I thought they were but I forgot you were utilizing the wider rear housing. I wish they made a 4" BS for those.

As soon as I saw Holley was releasing it, I returned the FiTech immediately and put the TermX on order. Liking it very much, so far. Super easy to setup and fired up on the first try. No real time driving to comment on the learning capabilities, but all indications are that it should be good.
