7 spring. Maybe that was my mistake. I'm going to cut and lower the frame but will only gain a inch or so.

That 1" will probably make a big difference for you. I just about have my truck ready for the road. Once I get to drive it a bit, I'll come back in and chime in on how the seat feels in real-world conditions.

Re: Bench Seat Options

Been driving mine since the install and although it seems high it feels alright when driving. However I have no idea on the springs. I didn’t realize when I ordered mine there was an option. Could try to find my paperwork if it would help. I do need to replace the stock steering wheel, it’s the big “buss” type for manual steering. I added PS. I think a smaller diameter steering wheel will help my feel when driving as well.

Is the frame part of the seat pkg ? Or can one get just the frame ? And if so where ?

Re: Bench Seat Options

The seat with internal frame is not sold separately as far as I know but you have lots of seat options, style, material, color, back thickness, etc. Then there is the bottom rectangular frame the seat(s) bolt to. Then you order the correct brackets separately for series of truck.
