What is this part?

Hi all,

I picked up a 1970 C20 with a 402. The truck is in good shape, but came without a lot of the parts installed. Motor and tranny are out of it and the motor probably needs a rebuild. Anyways, I was looking they the parts and found these. I don’t recognize them, so here we are.

Thank you in advance.

Re: What is this part?

These look like parts of an auto trans cross member.

Re: What is this part?

Thank you! You’re right, I had the bottom piece and didn’t realize these were part of the bracing as well.

Thumbs up Re: What is this part?

Yep, the ends of the auto cross member.
You can see it in the picture.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
