Well no money today. I did get told to F^^^k Off and to stop bothering him though. It never seices to amaze me that someone whe essentualy stole money from me thinks it's a bother for me to try to collect it back..

He also said that he was just going to change his phone number... My answer to that was he going to move too..

Thank you. You can drive by take some picks and post them here on the thread. I have yet to see the blazer so I wonder if it exists. Don't go knocking on his door or anything, he seems like a loose cannon and I don't want this situation to go horribly bad. Other than that just blow up his phone like everyone else... lol WES

Ya, I don't know what his deal is. I don't even know at this point if the Blazer exist. I am jusy going to keep blowing up his phone. I don't think I will get any of my money back unless a bunch of us get together to pay him a visit.

He's scum. He has to live with that. Since it was WES's money, we got $300-400 bucks worth out of it

At this point, there's nothing much more to do.

Unless....unless.....:

First, we back off on the phones to give him a sense of finality.

But, we get ten to fifteen of us... each taking a day in the future...Like starting next week.
We make a call...I mean, ten to forty calls..... to the crook.

Here's the dialogue or text:

"Remember Wes?"
"He's the one you should think about every
night as you try go to sleep."

"He got ripped off by you."
"But only for money."

"He's not the loser."
"You are".
"Wes has friends.
"I'd bet my life *you* don't have ONE real friend."
"Just wait until you meet even one of us face-to-face."
"Pray that you don't meet two of us at the same time."
"Hope it was worth it to you, you slimy, stupid, cheating liar."

So, anyway, we get ten or fifteen guys to take a day every month for the next twelve months.
And we keep blowing up his phone until he changes the number.

When he changes the number, we find it and then post the new number....
Then, Here We Go....One more time!!!!!

If we don't do something like that, we at least have to post his name(s), address, and phone number again so we can take some individual action.....Just friendly-like.
Call and visit. Make an appointment for him to do some work. I know he must need money. Maybe he'd like to come to California to do a little construction work.
I understand that the flights from Seattle to San Francisco are somewhere around $376 this time of year.

Tell him pay WES back and the texts will stop. I told him that I wasn't going to stop the texts untill the money was in my hands.... Then what I will do is paypal the money to these boards..... I even offer to drive up there to get my money or load the Blazer on a trailer and take it home. Then he just doesn't respond... Makes me wonder if there was realy one to begin with... He is angry because we are doing what we are doing... Well he asked for it. I warned him several times and he ignored me.
I just received a text back from him in responce to my latest text to him explaining that all this will stop once the money is in my hands... This was his responce:

Then you didn't do that. I know what it is like to fall on hard times, I have had my share. However I didn't ever keep someone else's money that didn't belong to me.

I texted again: I am not or have I ever been unreasonable about this. However you have ignored me and lied to me many times. That is why it has come to this.

After blowing up his phone with several back to back texts, I got a very "intelligent" swear laiden response from him. So I tried to reason with him. I asked him why not try to send some amount of money, like $100 or so as a sign of good faith, until he got the rest.

His response was and I quote:

"Yes i will try to send somthing down tommorow
i have a job to do and it might be all of it"

I told him that any effort on his part at this point would be a great help.

He replied "I'm going to try evrything in my power to pay it off."

Maybe he's starting to cave..........
