thanks guys ! still fighting paint prison, might be looking for a new paint shop, if anyone is close and good, and can do it in a timely matter, and interested give me a shout ! Lots of work already done but still more to go and not much time to get it done ! I have talked to one board member still considering that option !

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

i finally figured out that I could have went to paint and body school and learned how to do it myself and it would have been faster than it was to get it done! And probably better!

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

just fix up a clunker and spray that one , by the time youre fixed the runners and redid it youre ready for the truck , just do it man its like riding a bicyle once you know how to work a spraygun you never forget , maibe you need to train youreself for the newer type sprayguns though i heared they ajust a bit different and use less airpressure

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

the biggest enemy spraying outside a profesional spraybooth is sand dust and flies , best time to spray is at night when theres hardly any breese and people that would complain otherwize just seeing you work in youre garage are at sleep
dust and wipe down the whole place cover everything with plastic wet the floor use a LOT of fluoresent lights as the white stripes they reflect of the paint are perfect for seeing when the paint is flowing out and

eraticating smells are eazier here in the netherlands where townpeople with indoor greenhouses suplying coffeeshops , there a LOT of stuff available for that like carbon filters

and big ass fans available that pull the whole house intoo a vacuum kill allmost all smell and all the other smells like from the laundry toilet and the kitchen right along with it
