Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

Actually the prev owner said he replaced the bumper and it was from Oregon. He was not at all mechanically inclined and supposedly his mechanic could not get the plate off. That would be crazy though leaving Texas to get a Oregon truck.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

Sorry if this is a re-post, but I looked at every page, and I don't remember seeing this one. I saw this on eBay a few years back, and I saved the pictures, because I thought it was a great truck. The ad said it was a '66, which is what my dad had when I was a child. If I remember right, this ad and the pictures was in Florida. I don't know anything else about the truck. Does anyone here?

If it had already been posted, it was worth seeing again.

Thanks. When I found this forum a few days ago, I got excited to share it, but I wanted to run through all of the other pages and enjoy some other pics, first. I hope to be on a build thread before too long. I want to build a '66 like my Dad's. Here's another pic of the fire truck. I think I also remember the ad saying that it's real gold flake in the letters and striping...

no matter how many times I see pics of Hardwaa's truck, I still like it. Makes me want to paint mine green too.

Nice truck!

Hardwaa, that thing is just plain ( 50's & 60's term for really cool, but also a female dogs name, which I guess makes it a horrible word on the keyboard, my bad) !!!!!!!!!

Had a break in the weather before the next winter storm hits, so we took a drive around this morning and shot these photos of local trucks in the area:

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

I like the good shot of that 60-61 gmc custom cab trim.

interesting that the big truck is missing the windshield, but nobody grabbed the V8 emblem yet...

are those all spokane valley?

looks like I should wander through with a wad of cash ,a truck and trailer and some tools!
