Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, that is one bad mother! There's a giant steaming turd in my garage that will look like that soon, only A hair lower and blue, I think. Well done!

Been working towards this since 2013. Just recently got it to a drivable state. Still have to do the rear floor, notch, wheel tubs.

So good! Do you have a build thread somewhere? It would be great to see some progress pictures.

Nah. Was going to create one but just have not. I think I will and go back to post all the old pics. I'll let you know.

The only thing I have that has my progress pics is my IG feed, @BaggedBurbC10

Same.

I started this venture with a brown/tan 85 crew cab in 2013. Started saving money, buy parts. Just about time I was going to take the crew off the road and start installing parts (about 2 yrs ago) we got the opportunity to get my wife's late uncles 84 burb that had just been sitting since he'd passed in 2013. So we go the burb, sold the crew and shortly after began working on the burb.

Beginning in 2012/13 is when I started following builds and info on this forum. I suppose I need to quite procrastinating and start a build thread, post up pics and issues I ran into.

I’ve got some work to do on the bed, including filling in the drivers gas door, and then it’ll get painted to match along with a few other upgrades. 🙂
It was a left for dead long bed when I got it just over a year ago.

Re: show me your 73-87 lowered/bagged c10's

Here's my '85. It's roughly 5-5.5" up front and 8" out back. Front is McGaughy's 2.5" spindles and half ton springs trimmed till I was happy with it (I just kept cutting 1/4" coil at a time, I probably cut 1.5 coils or so). Rear is a flip kit with 2" shackles. With BellTech SPs and helpers out back, it rides great. I've run it cross country twice now
