Did some more checking, and the door has big harry crack at the upper hinge.
I have another door, but it is a converted pickup door. Some people say there is a difference, but I don't see it. Plus the assembly manual they sell shows you where to cut the doors for use on a Blazer.

$250 for the pair. Trades depends on what you got. I have a short list in my first post, but I am sure I will need some other items along the way.

I Know This Might Sound Stupid But How Would I Know If The 3.73's Would Work In It Or Not And How Do I Know If It's A 12 Bolt Or Not.

Not a stupid question. The only stupid question in automobiles is "where do I buy blinker fluid?" Still learning alotof this stuff myself. Count the bolts that hold the rear end cover on and that will tell you if it is a 10 bolt or 12 bolt. I will find out if the posi will fit otherwise. I know there is a difference but I need to see if I can make it work.

I see you have a PS box and a pump, besides the pump bracket how many other pieces would be needed to buy it all as a conversion? (i.e. are the hoses there?)

Hoses are there but no garuntees on how long they will last. The brackets are the only thing missing.

Added a couple more things to the list. Here is a pic of a NOS rally wheel I have. I beleive it was a spare, a tire has been mounted on it, but I don't think it has ever been mount on a truck. 15x6 has both XX and JJ codes on it. Build date is K184. $50. Also a pic of the Holley someone was interested in.
