Question I'm putting the truck back together and bought a new outer grill and head light rings can I just brush on the protectaclear from Everbrite to keep it shinny or to I have to do some special prep to the metal and how long will it last is this going to have to be recoated periodically like wax. thanks

No. It should be chromed or anodized already.
No need to put anything on it.

eventually its going to fade like the old ones right? do I just need to keep it waxed up which I never did with the old one. I went on their web site and not sure if its worth buying their coating to put on new stuff that doesn't need restoration and if it is any better than a good coat of wax.
