Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

here is mine: 72 cst 7" lift with 52's in front 38" trxus sts (surprisingly pretty good in mud) stuff to come: maybe a body lift so i wont rub the 38's, custom center console so i can mount my b&m pro ratchet shifter and get rid of the crappy column shift, shift kit, new body bushings, shocks, steering stabalizer, longer brake lines full cage stock bumpers and hopefully some boggers or iroks. probably forgot some stuff but i have a big pile of parts ready to go on when the weather clears up.

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Well here is mine. I bought it in pretty good shape, did some work. Got a great deal on it (Under $8000). My wife has issues getting in when bundled up for coyote hunting. Oh she was also 7 months pregnant.

Here is another view all pretty and clean, unfortunately the brush has pin stripped it a bit now:

Here is how mine started in 2004 and how it looks now.

Finishing touches: fab a front bumper, paint real fire on it.

Nice rig. Can you post detailed pics of your rocker sliders? Did you retain the torsion boxes?

Thanks

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

My first post and a newbie here. After reading through for the last few months I went out and found my '71 K5 on Craigs List. So happy. Let the build begin. Me signing the bill of sale and picking it up.

Talking Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Here is my 4x4 72' I just got it a couple months ago. The family I bought it from worked on it for 3 years, they did a great job.

I added a softtopper, a tuffy security console, a Procomp distributor/ignition, converted the breather to a PCV valve, fixed the gas gauge, and installed a heavy duty radiator, new battery, regulator on alternator, etc.)
