Frames look good. They have been recovered unoriginal, drivers side is torn. They could be used until you had them recovered. I will dig them out and get a pic. There are no seat backs either.

right inner fender

Good right inner fender - how much?
Would you have any brackets that the hatch door latch catch and lock on also?

As far as I know the sending unit was working when my buddy parked the truck. He did not inform me of it not working. I do have the straps but they are rusty.
