my rear setup is not a DM, i have PB 4 link and it is setup a little different but similar, this is my 20x9's with 6.5 backspace

just take off the bracket on the back of the brake booster re-drill the holes to match and redo the mounting point on the brake pedal arm on the inside

Have you mocked up your steering column yet with this done? I've read about interference with a column shifter hitting the booster. I would love to do this as well, but that issue is stopping me.

when i had it mocked up the linkeage wasnt hooked up so...if it does i am sure there is a way to remedy it i have seen several driving with this done, i would think you could just shorten the arm that the linkeage attaches to ?? maybe not i havent tried, but it is an idea

here is a pic of a flush mounted one , it looks like to me that there is plenty clearance....and a really nice engine compartment, i dont know whos truck this is but it is Killer
