Re: What's the other half driving?
The girlfriend drives a 2011 Grand Cherokee. I liked it until I bought my new truck. The seats are rock hard and I hate driving it. But it's hers and she loves it.

Re: What's the other half driving?
My wife drives a 96 Honda Accord Coupe with 225,000 miles on it. We bought it from a friend about a year ago for $1000 because my wife wanted something that she didn't have to worry about washing, or generally taking care of. She loves it and everytime I have to work on it or drive it, it irritates me.
On nice days, she drives her other car:

Re: What's the other half driving?
My wife drives a '96 Grand Caravan. It's on it's second transmission. Honestly with hour poorly Dodge makes vehicles now, I am surprised we are on only two. Never again.
Her next car will probably be one of those new Kia Sorrentos. they are very nice. I drive a 2000 Xterra. I will probably get another one when I am ready to upgrade. this is the greatest vehicle I have owned. and that includes my classic chevy's and my cadillac. It out Jeeps a jeep on the trail, and it's comfortable to drive on the pavement. |

Re: What's the other half driving?
You are pretty close...it is an 85 Camaro Sport Coupe (base model). The wheels are ZR1 replicas from SLP Engineering, so they have the correct backspacing for the 3rd gen F-bodies. My wife bought the car around 1994 or 1995, then drove it while she was in high school and college. My brother drove it for awhile, then we got it back from him and brought it back to it's former glory a couple of years ago. It still has a few minor details that we need to finish on it, but it is driveable.

Re: What's the other half driving?
wife drives a 99 Tahoe. it fits the whole famn damily and our fishing-boating gear while pulling either one of our boats. we would have got a suburban but the garage is too short.
I drive an 89 Civic. |

Re: What's the other half driving?
Right now my car.
her's is in the shop getting a wheel bearing and new battery, so she's got my 07 Saturn Aura XR. Her car is an 07 Pontiac G6 V6. And right now I'm borrowing my parent's 96 K1500 Ext. cab short box. My dad bought it for my brother and I to use since he was tired of us borrowing his 99 suburban when we needed to pick stuff up (we both just bought houses within 20 minutes of them within the last 2 years) Comes in handy for occasions like this.
