I bought a set of 4 for $200 off of ebay and they sell singles quite a bit, too. I am using mine on my 72 2wd Blazer project with the 3/4 ton suspension I put under it!! I think they kinda look cool, again mine will be used on a 2wd with a 255/50 r 17 tire as the 2wd is lowered 4"/6". Very sweet, BTW I have a really nice orange Blazer gate, with the OE paint and all??

Motor is just a 355 crate and the TPI is from a Vette.

Fairly basic for the most part, serp belt and maybe some alloy covers, that's it though.

It's the motor I pulled from the blue blazer in favor of the TBI'd 383 swap, it's still pretty fresh, just needs a bath.

The focus is on the build, not the bling.

I didn't forget ya on the tailgate, my IP is retarded so i can get on at work but not at home and cannot shoot picts from work. Hopefully tomorrow they will come and fix it?! Looking sweet, going to run nice with the EFI!!

No real hurry, gotta get the frame/drivetrain done before I even think about the body & paint.

Did place my order for the shackle flip, engine cross member and disc conversion last night though.

Have another rolling chassis available now too, this will allow me to work on the frame I'll be using AND have the body portable.

Found an "oops" while looking over the tub the other day...

Dispite how careful we were when we laid the tub back onto the chassis, we missed one body bolt and being it didn't make the hole, it raised up the bed floor some.
Not a huge ordeal but still...

i know there's more to it than what i see, but you make it sound effortless - like you were looking for something insignificant in the garage (hmmm... where'd i put that tape measure) and "happened" to find a crate motor, tpi, and some 1 ton axles...

that's freakin awesome! looking forward to hearing more progress.

Yeah, some wood and the BFH shouyld do it fine.

2x4's fit about right between the bed ribs.

Soon I'll use the wrecker to transfer the body over to the other rolling chassis that just became available and start working on the frame that it's sitting on now.
