Small Update

Just a quick update, backed the truck in the building for a clean up/minor body work/new prime. Ill be putting the 58 fenders back on, for how long Im not sure. Im going to fabricate the viking fenders to close the wheel opening up a little more....but not sure if ill put them back on or save them for something else.

I had took all the bondo out of the body and primed it so this time when I prime it back down im going to be smoothing out the bad spots (not too many to do). Sorry for the bad lighting in the pics, it was dark outside and I need to put new lights on the right side of the building. Something I found interesting was the amount of original (blue) paint that is left on the truck. When I sanded it down smooth after I first got it I noticed the paint but didnt remember it being that much.

Also, im going to see if I cant get another set of tires & rims for it. Besides the obvious size difference between the front and rear tires, the front tires are badly weather cracked. Im thinking of putting the old standard rims on (thinking of going with small hubcaps and red rims).

Or......I could just use these rims jk

Those wire wheels would look very cool.
Do you got a matching set?

I think we have 2 matching sets of 4 (i know we have atleast 1 set), and a few just by theirselves. I would have a hard time mounting them to my lug pattern. Plus Im not sure they would hold my truck up. Between them being so old and only being made to hold up the light A and T model cars im afraid they might colapse lol.
