I have managed to find all but the 5 circled. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

they are terrible when it comes to GM parts, but they should still have numbers they can look up?

I wonder if Chevrolet & my GMC share the same codes? They only show a Silverado.

Yes. A GMC was a Chevy with RPO Z88.

They went down the same assembly line. Sometimes they were a Chevy on one side and a GMC on the other.
