Question Relays? Resistors?

Need some help ID'ing some stuff on my Suburban. On the driver inner fender, there is a small little box with 2 threaded studs coming out of it, but nothing hooked to it.

Also, there is one on the passenger fender, by the battery. That one has some cables going to and from it that go to the radio system a PO put it.

Any ideas on what they are, or what they do?

Re: Relays? Resistors?

those are aftermarket circuit breakers there should be an amp rating on them.
