went and did it...

We had been thinking on buying something bigger to haul the family in, and did it today. Bought a 2003 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Stinks to have a payment again, but will be nice to have the room!

Re: went and did it...

I love those, but I commute from the Eastern Panhandle (Hagerstown area) to Tyson's corner 4 days a week. The gas would be more than the payment! lol

Re: went and did it...

You will love the ride, and all the room. You won't like the gas mileage, but the power makes it almost worth while. My wife normally gets a new SUV every other year. She still has her 03 Denali XL because she loves it so much, and doesn't like the interior of the 07's.

Unfortunately she does like the Infiniti QX56....

Re: went and did it...

Thanks guys!! We went out last night and it was incredible the difference in room makes. When you have 4 kids, it makes a difference. In the Escalade, we all fit, but had no room for anything else. We are leaving today for the ocean and will be able to have our clothes in the back of the truck instead of on the floor under our feet.

Re: went and did it...

did ya get the extended warranty(ours was like 2k extra), its def worth the price if anything goes wrong or starts to go wrong, they dont like when i bring the car in, everytime it comes out its like it rolled off the showroom floor as far as parts wise.
