Reverse light question

My 69 now has a lokar floor shifter and I'm going to rebuild a manual column using a shift delete collar from a dump truck. My question is how to go about getting the reverse lights to work?

My thought is to just wire a switch somewhere since the lokar shifter doesn't have a spot for one just the neutral safety. I know some have gone a floor shifter, any ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Reverse light question

Depending on the shifter you have is the N safety switch on top of the trans in the shifter or mounted to the pan with a bracket ?

Now that I didn't know lokar had and I looked thru their online catalog. My neutral safety switch is on the side of the shifter.
