I usually go every year but I'm gonna skip this year 'cause she's already displeased w/the rolling chassis sitting on the trailer in the driveway + the 2 rear ends, tranny, 3-sets of wheels/tires sitting around the garage!!

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I went Thursday, and picked up a few small parts.
I saw a few nice trucks and a lot of overpriced junk. I've thrown away better stuff than some of those guys were trying to sell.

I went sat. Walked, and walked, and walked... for about 6 hours, and saw about 3/4 of it. Saw alot of neat stuff, but didn't find any used parts that I was looking for. Bought some new stuff from Kenny's. The best truck deal I saw, and missed out on, was a '72 blue and white lwb cheyenne super 4x4, straight body, with no obvious rust that sold for $1500.00. Most of the trucks were high priced though, imo.
