2000 (old body style) Trans options with BBC?

Looking at a 2000 K2500, the older 88-00 body style, but it has a 454, which is not necessarily ideal for my commute.. Have not heard from seller yet, and it's a dealer, so they probably won't know anyway - but does anyone know the standard and optional transmissions that were offered with for the 454 in a K2500 that year?

Also (different subj) - anyone got a pic of a 2000 (again, old body style) side and tailgate trim emblems? This particular truck has em all slicked off... And are they even available anywhere? (Chev dealer, perhaps still)
Thanks!

Thee were only 2 options. 4L80E for automatic, and NV4500 for manual.

The tailgate would have had a Chevrolet decal on it(no emblems on the 99-00 old style)

I'll try and find a pic of mine to post for the side trim.

Here's a pic of the side molding on the LS. There would be 2500 badges on the molding in the front of door. You can kind of see them in the first pic. I replaced the molding on my truck and left the 2500 badges off.

If the truck was a base/work truck, it would not have side trim. It would just have emblems on the doors.

Re: 2000 (old body style) Trans options with BBC?

Thank you very much 95 S Trucker, that's exactly what I needed. 4L80 a good thing, wasn't sure the options that year. Appreciate the pics, the truck I'm looking at is a Silverado, someone just removed everything. I'm gonna assume it's been repainted, especially since the 99-00 got the big Chev letters on the tailgate (didn't know that) and the emblems and decals were never reinstalled. Well, not exactly expecting good fuel economy from a 454, but the 4L80E helps a little at least. Quite a HD truck, wish the PO hadn't removed all the trim etc, but not too hard to find/reinstall. Thanks again, exactly what I needed to know.

It's not a Silverado. It would be a K2500 LS. When the new Silverado came out in 99, they dropped the Cheyenne/Silverado trim levels on the old style 99 and 00 trucks.

The 454 will get 10-12 mpg.

Yep, forgot about that, and I own one! Ha. Good point. Yes, it's an LS, has full carpet, full interior and all the LS trimmings, etc. 10-12 almost as good as my 01 with a 5.3
