Bench Seat swap suggestions.

Any ideas on newer bench seats that fit factory mounting holes?

Re: Bench Seat swap suggestions.

none, that I am aware. Everything will take modification. Some seats out of certain smaller cars I have heard will work, but no bench seats that bolt right up. Good luck, and if someone else has heard of something, feel free to prove me wrong. Trevor

Re: Bench Seat swap suggestions.

I had Mazda RX 7 seats in my 67, I had to make brackets though.

Depending on the bench, you could use your brackets from the original and Modify or make new mounting holes in the frame of the New seat.

Re: Bench Seat swap suggestions.

I have a 90's 60/40 split that is in the cab but not bolted down. I may tackle that project this weekend. I will let you know.

Re: Bench Seat swap suggestions.

One of my trucks has a bench seat out of a 99 chevrolet pickup. The front holes on the newer seat will line up with the old holes. You will need to drill and reinforce new holes for the back.
