‘66 carb id and question

‘66 long bed c10. In-line 6, assuming original. Truck runs good but after sitting all winter, I had to put a little fuel down carb to get her to fire. When I did this, I noticed a little seepage from shaft pivot(?). I would assume that means there’s air leaking as well? Also would like to do clean up and rebuild on carb. What carb should be on there? I have no reason to believe it’s not original equipment.

Thanks, John.
