Newbie help needed....body lines....

Hello,

I'm doing paint and bodywork on my second project, a 1970 Nova.

When I stripped the car this joint/line was stuffed with filler and block sanded as one smooth piece.

Can you guys give me some advice on how to handle where these 2 pieces of metal join up?

Now you know why it was stuffed and fluffed. How's the body lines look compared to the door and overall fit of the quarter?

To me it looks like a quarter or skin was installed and installed crooked
