Original Window Sticker

Nice surprise today, the previous owner of the 91 GMC I bought a couple of weeks ago stopped and gave me the original window sticker to the truck. His wife had it in a file with some other receipts.

Re: Original Window Sticker

I love the slogan. "It's not just a truck anymore"

That still looks like a truck to me, unlike most of the schoolbus sized SUVs wearing a bed to masquerade as a truck you see on the market today.

Re: Original Window Sticker

That was cool of him to do that. I wish I had the older truck window stickers. By the time I ordered my '92 GMC K3500 I knew to keep it. I have that one and I should still have the one from the '95 I bought in '98.

Re: Original Window Sticker

Yeah, that MPG rating is some kinda fancy gimmick created (gov't?) to not inform you of the actual mileage expected, which is what we need to know. It is a standardized thing that is an accurate means for comparison, but if you want to know what mpg it gets, that ain't it
