Re: The Build-Up of my 1972 C10

I need a new chrome grill piece, does anyone know how to remove one without cutting up any thing? Plus I'm curious if a 69-70 grill will fit or if I'll need a 71-72 grill

Are you going to do a complete tear down rebuild? or just a little a here and there.
I favor doing weekend jobs completely, leaving the vehicle driveable.

Half and half, probably. I am limited on time due to my enlistment, but I get to work on it everyday at school.

Re: The Build-Up of my 1972 C10

Got a lot done in terms of rebuilding the new carb and getting it bolted in. Haven't gotten a chance to start it yet because my battery is basically a paper weight, and inshould be getting on this weekend.

In other news I bought this deadly looking homemade mini bike, should be a fun little project while my truck is stuck at my high school auto shop.

Re: The Build-Up of my 1972 C10

A lot of updates, i've been gone for a while.
First of all the truck runs. I put the new rochester on and it runs so much better without all the Rez sand packed inside it. It's got a new battery and it hasn't ran this well since '86 (When it was last on record)
Here are some pics of what I've done since my last post plus a video at the end
