I believe that goes under the rad out front on an AD truck. what year truck have you got there?

if you are standing in front of it (to the right of the photo) move it towards your right side about 2 1/2 feet then straight back about a foot. you can see the bolt holes in the radiator surrounnd that match up to the brackets.

check out 02-02-2016 thread called ad s10 swap grill support,from rtinniste. there is a pic with it installed that will really help you out.
