Looking for the A-Pillar to A-Pillar Measurement

I have a 1972 GMC Jimmy that is currently under the knife. The truck came to me with missing floor boards, rocker (inner and outer), torque boxes and most of the passenger A-Pillar. I have since replaced the front and rear floor and am missing a few measurements prior to hanging the rockers and doors.

Does anyone have handy the following measurements;
1. A-pillar to A-pillar inside measurement at the lowest part of the door pinch wield
2. B-Pillar to B-Pillar inside measurement at the lowest part of the pinch wield

Finally if anyone has a photo of from the A-Pillar back towards the B-Pillar with a complete outer rocker in place.
