Re: Dropmembered trucks

i have my truck lowered with spindles and springs in the front and have REALLY thought about switching to bags and a dropmember when I swap out the motor.

Then I would have a pretty full PB trailing arm truck!!!

I really think it's just us that realy can't stop and finish it. I know I for one have finally decided to do it the way I want, that said, means more money and time. The next one I do will be simply install the latest PB stuff and patina the paint, I will not blow another one apart like I have this one.

Re: Dropmembered trucks

I know, I could be rolling like Dino with about 3 DM'd trucks for I will have in this one, but it will be one sweet killer ride no doubt.

Ron-

You will need to trim off some of the threaded portion of the rack and pinion. Do you not have a set of instructions? There will be a step with pics that demonstrate and explain the process. Here's a link to a pic of the "normal" amount to trim.

Re: Dropmembered trucks

i had to cut a couple of inches off both sides of the threaded ends on the rack. It was in Nate's instructions. You might have missed it.
