1970 GMC Jimmy Wheel Color

I have what I believe to be an unmolested Jimmy. Does anyone know what color (preferably with a paint code) the rims should be.

SPID says body color is red. Truck is red with original paint. Current wheels are white, but SPID says Black top. Posit track 4-Speed factory air.

Unscrupulous dealer seller repainted top white. I will do a frame off Restoration next year but need to get wheels balanced and figured when i take them off might as well paint them.

Seems a red truck with black top would have black rims or silver rims. But most pictures of show rims in white. I see no example of a red truck with black top and white rims.

And anyone had experience powder coating steel rims?
