Post If you have headers on a 4x4 please read this.

Im going to put headers on my '87 4x4. I have a carb equiped 350 with Vortec heads, so I dont have to wory about emissions equipment. West Virginia isnt strict yet either. I want to find a set of headers for a 4x4 that will come down and point straight back. I have 2" pipe comming from my manifolds and it has 1 bend after the manifold and then it is straight pipe until it gets to the muffler. That is what I want to do with the headers (so I can do it myself). I looked at flowtecs and I see they require bends as soon as the pipe bolts to the collectors.

Does anybody have headers like this??

Thanks,
Mike

We have headers on our k/5 and it isn't fun to change the oil on it or the plugs for that matter. They come down and straight back too but I don't know what brand they are they come with the truck.
