What ratio for your mustang ii rack
I am going to upgrade my manual mustang ii rack from manual to power. I have been looking at thunderbird racks but they seem to be available in 2.25, 2.5, and 3.0 lock to lock. What are you guys using ? Would the 2.25 not seem pretty quick for a daily driver?
What about using a ford pump and not having to reduce the pressure in the gm pump. Thanks any advice is appreciated. |

i would definitely use the ford pump if i had it to do over
i believe the rack i have is 2.5

I have the 2.5 on mine. My truck came with the Chevy pump, but after looking around here, I found out about the pressure reducer one could buy. No more twitchy steering after that.
