I know throttle cable end?? what I need, I just don't know what it's called..

The carpet and mat in my truck has restricted some of my throttle travel.. I'm wanting a "shim" of sorts between my pedal and end of the cable, so as to choke up on the cable and pull the peddle up off the carpet some. I'm just not sure what to look for.. Will attach pic

I have never seen a spacer on the cable not that there isn't such a thing but I have seen an adjustable cable bracket on the engine that could move the cable back maybe summit or jegs

Cut the current clamp off and get a cable "knarp" at a bike shop.

I cut the end off of my cable and used an adjustable cable stop.

Google it for more pictures. Pass the cable thru the holes on the side then screw it tight.

That is technically a knarp! Lot of hardware stores will have them too.

Go to the hardware store to the area where they have chain, rope, cable, etc....
They should have crimp-able connectors for small cable that will allow you to shorten yours up.

A fishing line split shot would be easy enough to use. No special tool needed. Or just bend the pedal end upward a little bit. Grab hold of the top end and pull up on the bottom end to bend it. Or remove it and put it in a vise to hold it while you bend it.

A knarp huh? I've never heard of that.
